OpsQ Monthly Review
One clear view of your business. Every month.
We build, improve and manage monthly performance reviews - bringing together the numbers, the story, the decisions and the actions so your leadership team can focus on running the business.
The problem
Does your monthly review actually change anything?
Many businesses have plenty of information but no single, trusted view of performance. Different teams bring different numbers, information arrives late and meetings become presentations instead of decision-making forums.
Your monthly review should not just tell you what happened. It should show what requires attention and turn it into accountable action.
Two places to start
We don't really do this
We'll build your monthly performance review from the ground up.
For a founder-led or growing business that has moved beyond managing everything through conversations and instinct. We help decide what to measure, establish KPIs, build the pack and get accountability and the monthly rhythm running.
We already have one, but it isn't working
Turn it into a focused performance and decision-making forum.
We assess what exists, simplify what gets in the way and improve a review that is too long, inconsistent, backward-looking, insight-light or weak on follow-through.
What OpsQ does each month
A continuous management cycle, not a one-off report.
Gather+
OpsQ gathers agreed performance information from teams and stakeholders, manages submission deadlines, chases missing information, reviews previous actions and sense-checks obvious gaps or inconsistencies.
Analyse+
We identify what is off target, deteriorating, improving or changed since last month; what remains Red or Amber; what needs explanation; and what could become a future problem. The objective is laser focus.
Build+
The pack can bring together an executive summary, overall performance and RAG, KPIs, operations, customers and NPS, commercial and financial performance, people, delivery, risks, previous actions, decisions required and the forward look.
Review+
OpsQ chairs or facilitates the review, challenges where necessary and prevents unnecessary detail taking over. Each material issue lands on what is happening, why, whether it matters, what happens next, who owns it and by when.
Track+
Actions are issued within 24 - 48 hours, the decision log is updated, outstanding actions are tracked and brought back into the following month's review.
