Who we are

OpsQ Group ("OpsQ", "we") runs opsq.co.uk. For any privacy question, contact hello@opsq.co.uk.

What we collect

Enquiries: your name, email, organisation and the details you choose to share, so we can reply.

The Q Club: your name, business, contact details, sector, location, what your business does, what you can help with, what you are looking for, and any Qs, opportunities or introduction requests you send us. We also record where you joined (for example the website, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or a direct conversation).

Q Partner applications: company and contact details, services, customers and area served.

Free CV Builder: your CV content stays in your browser. We record anonymous usage events, payment references for paid downloads, and your email only if you choose to give it after downloading.

The Q: your email address and consent to receive it.

How we use it

To respond to you and provide the service you asked for.

For The Q Club, to review your Q or opportunity and, where appropriate, introduce you to a relevant member or Q Partner. We only share what is needed for that introduction.

Qs are private by default. We never publish a Q, or anything that identifies you, without your permission.

Marketing

Joining The Q Club does not sign you up to marketing. We only send Q Club updates, opportunities and business content if you tick the separate, optional box, and we record when and where you gave consent. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.

If you join through another channel, we never assume marketing consent.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for marketing, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our services, or steps you ask us to take, for everything else.

Sharing and storage

Data is stored securely with our hosting and email providers. Q Partner contact details are never published on the website. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@opsq.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
